Oh my goodness! Tell me this isn't the most adorable little girl ever:) Marissa and I had such a great time photographing this session, I could not believe how amazing she did. She is a little model! 2010 Marshall Prom Photobooth FUN!!!!

OK me and Marissa had the privilege of photographing a few of the awesome students going to the Marshall Prom and we had an absolute blast. Here is the video we made from some of our photobooth fun. We even got in on the action :) Hehe! This was strictly for fun, no cropping, or editing just good fun.

Ryan & Emily

We photographed Ryan & Emily a few weeks ago in beautiful downtown Marshall. They will be tying the knot this Summer, and I can't wait for their wedding! They are such a fun couple and they both have amazing personalities.

Matt & Beth

We photographed Matt & Beth a few weeks ago as well at the studio and at the riverwalk in Marshall. We had a great time and lots of fun. I LOVE shooting e-sessions, we always laugh a lot and it's a great way to get to know a bride and groom before the big day.

One idea that is really awesome that a few of my couples have done is in lieu of giving traditional wedding favors is make a donation to a charity. It has so much more meaning and it's the gift that keeps on giving. Plus it's a great way for your guests to know you are giving back and making a difference. I had a wedding couple 2 weeks ago that made a donation to the I've Got Your Backs Foundation! As many of you know this is the foundation we started in honor of my 21 year old brother who passed away this Oct from H1N1. The money they donated will be used for graduating high school senior scholarships for college, scholarships for the football camp, and lots more. This was so sweet and a great idea. There are plenty of non profits out there that could use the publicity and funds, so something to think about for all the couples out there planning their weddings. Make a difference in someone's life:) It doesn't have to be a huge amount every little bit makes a difference.

FAQ’s

Students must fill out survey to apply.

Only 2011 graduates are eligible.

Spots limited to the best 2-4 students per high school.

Reps agree to the following:

… promote the studio to their peers and pass out promo material.

… will be photographed by the studio and appear in advertising.

… not represent another photography studio during their junior/senior year.

… submit a $150 retainer, which will be applied towards your senior session & order.

The Big News!

OK I can't contain it any longer (hehe), we are officially moving! We are moving downtown that is:) We will be right across from the Marshall Middle School in a beautiful old building that is amazing. We have already started to paint and remodel so I will be posting pictures soon. And we will be having a HUGE Open House TBD that you won't want to miss out on. I am so excited about our new space, there is so much room and we have really tall ceilings (Yay). Wait till you all see, there are awesome spots right in the building for Senior Pictures the architecture is beautiful, and I feel so blessed that this spot became available right when I started looking. Yippee!!!!! Anyways, I will have pictures to show you all of our progress so stay tuned.

In the mean time I will post some pictures of my beautiful niece Grace Elaina she is such a joy to our family and she has been a huge part of our healing process. Not to mention is she not the most adorable thing you have ever seen:) I am not biased or anything. Enjoy! Everyone have a great weekend!
